Role Overview
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting, including a minimum of 60 cold calls per day (with a target of 80+).
- Book a minimum of 8 qualified meetings per month with executive-level prospects (post-ramp period).
- Prospect and qualify leads across the UK and global markets, ensuring 100% CTPS screening compliance for UK outreach.
- Maintain 100% CRM hygiene and update all records accurately within HubSpot.
- Submit detailed weekly activity and performance reports on time.
- Engage with CxO, VP, and Director-level stakeholders to articulate the value of AI transformation.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of professional cold calling experience.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English skills with the ability to hold confident professional conversations.
- Mindset: Inquisitive, fast learner, and genuinely interested in AI technology.
- Sales Grit: Proven ability to handle rejection, remain self-motivated as a remote worker, and maintain high activity levels.
- Values: Operates with high levels of honesty, trust, and integrity.
- Schedule: Strict adherence to a 9-5 schedule within the GMT timezone.
