Role Overview
- Review claims and interpret contracts
- Disperse reimbursement and ensure claims documentation is complete
- Provide customer service and manage financial risk of claims block
- Develop and implement a plan of action for accepted claims
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years’ experience processing first dollar medical claims or stop loss claim processing
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of Stop Loss Claims and Stop Loss industry preferred
- Overall knowledge of health care industry
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office suite of products
