3+ years of experience in an operations, project coordination, or executive support role
ideally at a consulting, advisory, or professional services firm
Strong command of tools like Notion, SharePoint, and Float (or comparable project/staffing tools)
Experience working with CRM or pipeline data (D365 or similar)
Strong command over Microsoft PowerPoint
Comfort building and maintaining dashboards, trackers, and structured data views
Excellent written English
you will be formatting and distributing external-facing communications
Strong attention to detail and a low tolerance for stale or broken data
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision on structured recurring tasks
Some overlap with US Eastern or Central time (2-3 hours minimum) is preferred.
Bonus: experience supporting a US-based team remotely.
