Supporting the activities necessary to ensure compliance to applicable NERC and industry standards related to configuration changes to the transmission grid
Providing engineering support to Transmission Field Services personnel in the final commissioning and verification of planned and unplanned work on the transmission grid
Reviewing upcoming system outages for applicable configuration changes
Performing Root Cause analysis on identified system of record discrepancies to identify process improvements opportunities
Developing and maintaining project budgets using cost management techniques

Bachelor's degree in engineering in a program accredited by ABET*
Passing the Fundamentals of Engineering examination in preparation for future licensing as a Professional Engineer (PE) is encouraged and preferred
2 or more years of related engineering experience (for SG7 position)
Individuals with a Master's degree in engineering from an engineering program accredited by ABET* may be considered for entry into the organization at SG7 level.
