About this role
Role Overview
Administer and manage the Learning Management System (LMS) across the full course lifecycle, including setup, configuration, launch readiness, maintenance, publishing, unpublishing, archiving, and retirement of courses.
Manage the LMS back-end and integrated systems, including Docebo, certification tools, and Accredible, ensuring smooth operation and data integrity.
Conduct regular system checks to monitor performance, identify bugs or technical issues early, and coordinate resolution with internal IT teams and external vendors.
Oversee all course content activities, including uploading learning materials, managing SCORM files, supporting bug fixes, and ensuring readiness for delivery.
Collaborate closely with Instructional Designers and the Learning Design Advisor to ensure content compatibility with platform architecture and technical standards.
Provide operational and technical support for online, blended, and self-paced learning programs, including learner access, troubleshooting, and virtual learning environments.
Administer course certificates and digital badges, including editing, tagging, uploading, and resolving certificate-related issues.
Monitor and analyze platform and content accessibility, supporting alignment with recognized accessibility standards (including WCAG 2.1 AAA) in collaboration with the Learning Design Advisor.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience preferred
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in LMS administration or a comparable learning technology role.
Experience working in international and globally distributed environments.
Demonstrated expertise in LMS administration, including user management, permissions, cohorts, enrollments, progress tracking, and course lifecycle management.
Strong troubleshooting skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues across LMS platforms, file structures, and integrated systems.
Ability to configure courses based on instructional design specifications and learner requirements.
Proficiency in LMS reporting, including generating standard and custom reports and analyzing data to inform recommendations.
Familiarity with Docebo or similar enterprise LMS platforms is an advantage.
Proficiency in at least two languages among English, French (strongly preferred), Spanish, or Arabic (three is an added advantage).
