Make outbound telephone calls on behalf of the client to key healthcare professionals to convey strategic sales messages and provide ongoing support aimed at driving sales.
Accurately document key information from interactions in the CRM, ensuring data quality and traceability.
Effectively communicate promotional messages to physicians and pharmacists in accordance with the client-approved call guide.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key influencers, clients, and various operational units through regular touchpoints to ensure achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs) and call and sales targets.
Maintain existing activities while identifying and promoting opportunities for additional services, offering solutions tailored to client needs and sharing relevant insights with the team.
Demonstrate autonomy and a strong analytical mindset to identify business opportunities, manage territory effectively, and meet call performance objectives.
Requirements
Fully bilingual in French and English (spoken and written)
Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in a science-related field
Sales experience considered an asset (minimum 1 to 2 years)
Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector
Ability to collaborate with internal and external operational units
Proven track record in sales target achievement and ability to analyze sales trends
Ability to prioritize and plan territory coverage
