Achieve commercial targets that accelerate the performance of assigned products and services
Drive global product adoption by supporting sales teams with strong product knowledge and enablement
Define and execute go-to-market strategies and customer segmentation, incorporating market feedback and feature gaps
Identify growth opportunities and develop initiatives together with regional teams and HQ to unlock potential and remove blockers
Monitor and report on pipeline creation, velocity, and conversion, partnering with HQ and regional roles to remove roadblocks
Work closely with regional Product Sales Experts (PSE) and Customer Success Executives (CSE) to align quarterly and yearly priorities and growth initiatives
Keep regional teams informed about major product features and new releases to strengthen client-facing solution offerings
Partner with Product Analysts to analyze regional product pipelines and define actions to close gaps and achieve targets
Participate in key customer meetings and support Account Executives, Customer Growth Executives, and Customer Success Executives when needed
Collaborate with Marketing to highlight product wins, build social proof, and amplify market impact
Requirements
Bachelor’s or master's degree in business, technical, or a related field
3–5 years of relevant experience in product success, sales enablement, or a similar role
Experience with SaaS is an advantage
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured, systematic approach
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders
Proactive and critical thinker, comfortable adapting to changing business challenges
Strong proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Excel
Fluent in English, both spoken and written
