Role Overview
- Engaging in scientific discussions with medical and scientific specialists
- Demonstrating deep scientific expertise related to assigned molecules/products
- Building and developing relationships with key external scientific and medical specialists
- Shaping and executing local medical strategy based on Global Medical Affairs strategy
Requirements
- advanced Clinical/Science Degree (e.g., MD, PharmD, PhD)
- minimum of 5 years related work experience (clinical, managed care, or industry experience)
- Experience as a Medical Science Liaison
- Experience in Immunology (required) and Gastroenterology (preferred)
- Ability to communicate and disseminate scientific and clinical data
- Residency in the territory (GA, AL, KY, TN) required
