Lead the onboarding experience for newly hired positions in the department
Collaborate with the Management Team to design and deliver impactful training programs
Support Word Processing team members in mastering required applications
Coordinate and/or facilitate in-person and virtual training sessions
Develop, maintain, and optimize the department’s training materials
Measure training effectiveness and implement improvements
Develop and manage a mentorship program
Collaborate with the Management Team to identify training needs
Execute hands-on complex document projects
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
Strong training, coaching, and mentoring skills
Proficiency in all platforms used in the department including MS 365, Acrobat, Litera Compare, NTD, Contract Companion, DocXTools, ABBYY FineReader, OmniPage
Fast and accurate keyboarding (65WPM)
Ability to maintain professional composure in high-pressure situations
Superior organizational and project management skills
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
