Participation in Avaloq projects from analysis through design, implementation, integration, testing and roll-out of business concepts for regulatory services
Collaborate with stakeholders to drive developments and implement updates to regulatory requirements and related processes
Responsible for solution design, programming and parameterisation of solutions for the business and associated peripheral systems, as well as testing
Contribute to project design by promoting best practices and supporting project execution through agile transformation
Develop and maintain in-house solutions and interfaces
Ensure the availability of business-critical services and supporting IT systems, with a focus on reliability and stability
Coordinate with external providers during the implementation of new solutions and in cross-functional projects
Evaluate newly submitted change requests from a developer’s perspective
Monitor smooth operations, customer satisfaction, quality improvements and efficiency gains
Support ad hoc projects as required

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics or Software Engineering
Avaloq certification is an advantage
Professional experience with Avaloq at a bank or in banking consultancy as an IT specialist or application developer
Relevant experience in Avaloq parameterisation
Interest in compliance topics such as FinfraG, MiFID II and EMIR, as well as client, tax and regulatory reporting topics
Strong analytical skills combined with a team
and service-oriented approach
Practical working style, solution-oriented thinking and interest in working on complex projects
Attention to detail, with the ability to assess situations and communicate professionally
