To be successful in this role, you will have previous experience working as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Associate Account Manager, or in a similar client-facing position. You will be a confident communicator with the ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership and C-suite executives. ****You will have experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics, alongside strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel. The ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously while maintaining excellent attention to detail and a strong focus on client retention is essential. ****You will also possess excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills, combined with strong organisational abilities and the capability to prioritise effectively within a fast-paced environment.
