About this role
Role Overview
Manage project financials / Schedule of Values.
Track and analyze project financial data.
Assemble and process project billings.
Maintain project cashflows.
Facilitate change orders for additional cost items.
Track earned value.
Identify and manage project risks, issues, and change control.
Provide accurate and timely project reporting using standardized PMO tools.
Support installation, commissioning, and customer acceptance activities as required.
Promote a strong culture of safety, quality, and accountability.
Assist with scheduling, material planning, and installation progress tracking.
Communicate project updates, schedules, and milestones clearly and proactively.
Build strong professional relationships with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
Maintain accurate project documentation and communication records.
Provide monthly summaries of financial activities.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business, Finance, or a related technical discipline.
5+ years of experience managing complex industrial or systems integration projects.
5+ years managing financials of large projects.
Experience coordinating subcontractors, schedules, and project documentation on active job sites.
Exposure to automation, control systems integration, or mission-critical infrastructure environments is beneficial.
PMP certification or progress toward certification is preferred.
