Drive the evolution of BeMind
Lead end-to-end delivery of GenAI capabilities, from discovery and design to rollout and adoption
Act as a technical counterpart to developers and architects, validating solutions, integrations, and production readiness
Drive adoption and enablement through training content, onboarding approaches, and community engagement
Ensure governance, cost awareness, and risk management for an enterprise-grade GenAI platform

Experience with GitHub workflows
Exposure to Azure-based architectures, including cloud services, environments, security, and CI/CD
Experience in product ownership or product management for digital or AI-enabled products
Hands-on experience collaborating with engineering teams (cloud, AI, full-stack)
Strong communication and facilitation skills across technical and business audiences
Structured, outcome-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple parallel workstreams
Background in technology or management consulting (SAP, Microsoft or Salesforce ecosystems)
Nice to have
Experience working with internal platforms, accelerators, or innovation products

Strong understanding of GenAI concepts and architectures (LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, agentic patterns)
