Manage firm wide programs to deliver our talent agenda for T&T with Centre of Excellence support in areas such as performance management, learning and development, annual reward and recognition, graduate recruitment, experienced hire recruitment, employee engagement, diversity & inclusion initiatives etc
Reporting and Analytics: provide high-quality, timely reporting and advanced analytics, transforming complex people data into clear, actionable insights that inform decision-making and enable the delivery of key business objectives.
HR Projects: provide support to the HRBPs with people and talent initiatives and projects as they arise
Requirements
Experience in Human Resources with generalist and Business Partnering experience desirable
Ability to quickly build trust with leaders to influence and challenge and have difficult conversations constructively and confidently
Confident in building strong relationships with internal client groups and HR colleagues
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, proven ability to analyse and interpret HR data to drive decisions
Confident in using MS Excel and visual tools such as Power BI and Tableau
Ability to advise on a range of HR topics including performance management, talent management, employee relations and employee engagement.
Good knowledge of leading trends in the field of Human Resources, including HRIS and reporting.
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
Demonstrated ability to work on own initiative
Solid understanding of employee lifecycle processes
