About this role
Role Overview
Process customer orders, quotes, and enquiries accurately and on time
Follow up leads and quotations to maximise sales opportunities
Build strong relationships with customers, including key accounts
Identify new business opportunities and support sales growth
Manage a pipeline of opportunities and track progress
Deliver excellent customer service and manage aftercare
Handle customer queries, complaints, and delivery issues promptly
Keep customers informed on order status and shipping updates
Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment
Maintain accurate customer and CRM data
Support reporting and general administrative tasks
Contribute to continuous improvement and team objectives
Take ownership of your development and training
Requirements
Experience in a sales or customer service role
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Highly organised with the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment
Detail-focused with good problem-solving skills
Commercially aware and able to spot opportunities
Team player with a proactive, can-do attitude
Confident using Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
Experience with CRM systems (desirable)
GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent)
