Role Overview
- Provides in-person and virtual counseling for all participants
- Counsels participants on their pension plans and investment options
- Educates, recommends, and facilitates new product purchases
- Interacts with retirement plan participants to provide customer service
- Utilizes knowledge of tax and investment strategies for financial advice
- Communicates internally with cross-business partnerships
Requirements
- University (Degree) Preferred
- 3+ Years Required; 5+ Years Preferred
- FINRA Registrations: Series 7; Series 63
- Life and Health Insurance License (Resident State)
- Multiple Issuers required within 120 Days
