Manage a channel across incoming calls, web forms and chat requests from existing or new customers.
Gather necessary information while determining the nature of their requirement.
Resolve queries through necessary content or redirect inbound requests to the necessary team.
Effectively qualify and route leads or calls to the appropriate sales agent based on the nature of the inquiry or request, overcoming objections to move to the next phase of the sales process.
Provide excellent customer experience by addressing customer inquiries and concerns with courtesy, patience, and a customer-centric approach.
Focus on customer requirements while providing a professional handover to inside sales reps.
Align to set of KPIs relevant to handling a volume of incoming lead while qualifying to a high standard.
Collaborate with sales on lead quality and conversion.
Requirements
1 year business sales experience (tech/software a plus)
Motivated, positive professional keen to make an impact in a scaling business.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-centric mindset.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
