Working with an Implementation specialist, to deliver the clients benefit platform.
Creating tailored implementation plans for the client.
Create a scheme design for the implementation specialist to set up the platform
Feeding back to internal teams around product enhancements and improvements
Work closely with the Implementation team, acting as the Project Manager and ensuring we are delivery on all of the clients requirements
Managing positive relationships internally and externally
Ensuring customer database (Salesforce) and GuideCX are accurate and up to date
Developing an excellent technical knowledge of our product and its capabilities
Maintaining and continually improving our Demo Hubs

Proven successful client-facing and/or project management experience (1 to 2 years)
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Experience working with employee benefits.
Adept at building rapport and dealing confidently with stakeholders and great at building internal and external relationships
The ability to work independently whilst being team-oriented, collaborating comfortably with different teams in the business
A willingness to invest time and energy into learning new things and developing your skills
