About this role
Role Overview
- Support and advise clients on SAP HCM modules (e.g., PA, PY-DE, PT, OM, ESS/MSS)
- Analyze, optimize, and further develop existing SAP HCM systems
- Take ownership of sub-projects or work packages after onboarding
- Configure and maintain personnel administration, payroll, and time management processes
- Provide remote and occasional on-site support to clients
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and stakeholders
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with SAP HCM (especially PA, PY-DE and/or PT)
- German language skills (minimum B2 level)
- Willingness to travel occasionally within Germany (up to 20%)
- Junior: 0–2 years; Senior: 4+ years of SAP HCM experience
- Nice to have: SAP SuccessFactors or Employee Central Payroll experience
- Basic ABAP knowledge
- Proficiency in English
