Lead, coach, and develop a multidisciplinary team of Librarians, Coordinators, L&D Enablement Consultant, and E‑learning Integrators
Engage and foster a high-performing, collaborative team culture with clear expectations and accountability
Align the enablement function as one coherent ecosystem
Provide leadership and governance to ensure enablement training content remains accurate and aligned with current contracts, products, and operational practices
Drive alignment on L&D content by setting standards, coordinating stakeholder validation, and ensuring consistency between learning assets and knowledge tools
Ensure the Index/knowledge base and training catalog remain current and reliable by coordinating updates
Oversee training coordination and logistics to ensure a seamless, consistent learner experience
Partner with training COEs, strategy and content teams to enable consistent launches
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in administration, education or equivalent work-related experience
Experience leading a team, training operations, enablement, knowledge management, or learning operations in a complex environment
Strong prioritization and execution skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, dependencies, and tight timelines
Proven achievements in continuous improvement and work methodology
Strategic vision of training and change management for a large organization
Comfort with learning and knowledge tools (e.g., LMS/LXP, knowledge bases, SharePoint) and using data to guide decisions and improvements
Bilingual English and French is a strong asset
