Act in the management and governance of the Group's contracts, ensuring organization, standardization and efficiency throughout the entire contract lifecycle.
This position will play a central role in advancing the management of service providers contracted as legal entities (PJ), managing client contracts and structuring the management of supplier contracts, promoting integration among Accounting, Tax, Finance, Operational HR and Legal.
The professional is expected to contribute to strengthening contractual controls, mitigating risks, continuous process improvement and preparing the organization for the impacts of the Tax Reform, supporting business decisions with an analytical and results-oriented approach.
Manage the full lifecycle of client contracts, from execution, signature and registration to renewals, price adjustments, renegotiations and terminations;
Evolve the management of service providers (PJ), ensuring standardization, clear scope definitions, contractual controls and integration with financial, accounting and payroll processes;
Structure and consolidate the management of supplier contracts, ensuring governance and alignment with business objectives through review of critical contract clauses, assessment of risks and financial impacts, and monitoring compliance with providers' tax and labor obligations, including subcontracting models;
Analyze contract clauses, terms, obligations, risks and financial impacts;
Work in an integrated manner with Accounting, Tax, Finance, Operational HR, Legal and Shared Services Center (SSC) management to ensure process flow and alignment;
Contribute to adapting contracts to the impacts of the Tax Reform, evaluating effects on contracting models, invoicing and utilization of tax credits;
Establish and maintain controls, indicators and management reports on contract administration;
Support internal and external audits related to contracts and governance.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Law;
Postgraduate degree in Corporate Law, Contracts, Compliance or related areas;
Solid experience in corporate contract management;
Experience with client contracts, service providers (PJ) and suppliers;
Good understanding of the accounting and tax implications applied to contracts;
Ability to work cross-functionally and engage with multiple areas and hierarchical levels;
Analytical, organized profile with a strong sense of responsibility.
Previous experience in Shared Services Centers (SSC), holdings or growth-stage companies;
Familiarity with ERP and contract management systems;
Experience in organizational transformation contexts or in structuring departments.
