Role Overview
- provide overall clinical scientific leadership for the cell therapy program
- responsible for clinical development strategy and execution of clinical trials
- partner with the Global Program Head to design development strategy
- act as medical expert in interactions with collaborators
- develop unique and innovative clinical strategies to shorten development cycle
- lead clinical teams and manage MDs and clinical scientists
Requirements
- advanced degree in medicine (MD or equivalent), MD/PhD strongly preferred
- specialized fellowship training Hematology or Oncology preferred
- minimum of 6-8 years of industry experience in related therapeutic area clinical development
- cell therapy drug development experience preferred
- people management experience is a plus
