Prepare executive reports with data storytelling that demonstrate how social media contributes to agribusiness objectives;
Identify industry trends, competitor benchmarks, seasonal opportunities and the most effective language for rural/agricultural audiences;
Provide actionable insights to creative, media and account teams, tailored to the producer’s customer journey;
Coordinate scheduling, curation of technical/relevant content and interactions with followers (producers, agronomists, etc.);
Create captions, scripts, articles, educational posts, case studies, testimonials and calls-to-action for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube and TikTok.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Social Media professional;
Proficiency with metrics and monitoring tools;
Ability to structure presentations and reports combining data and narrative for both technical and executive audiences;
Knowledge of formats, audience behavior and platform best practices, especially in the agribusiness context;
Understanding of agribusiness operations (seasonality, distribution channels, B2B buying cycle, field dynamics);
Excellent writing skills and ability to adapt tone of voice—from technical to emotional, and from family farmers to large agribusiness stakeholders;
Autonomy and strong sense of priorities.
