About this role
Role Overview
Own the full sales cycle from discovery through close for autism clinics and behavioral health organizations.
Conduct deep, consultative discovery conversations with clinic owners, clinical directors, and administrative stakeholders.
Navigate multi-stakeholder sales processes including clinical, operational, and financial decision-makers.
Educate prospects on the value and impact of immersive VR therapy solutions.
Drive pipeline progression through structured follow-up and clear next-step ownership.
Maintain detailed CRM documentation including pain points, stakeholders, timelines, objections, and buying process.
Collaborate closely with founders and leadership to refine messaging, positioning, and sales strategy.
Consistently meet or exceed pipeline generation, conversion, and revenue targets.
Adapt sales conversations dynamically without relying on rigid scripts.
Requirements
Proven experience as a full-cycle Account Executive or closer in B2B sales.
Strong consultative selling and discovery skills with the ability to uncover deep business challenges.
Experience navigating multiple stakeholders in complex buying environments.
Ability to sell innovative or category-creating solutions that require customer education.
Excellent verbal English communication skills with a neutral, U.S.-friendly communication style.
Available to work during EST/CST clinic operating hours.
Experience using HubSpot or similar CRM platforms.
Highly self-directed and comfortable operating in an early-stage startup environment.
Strong active listening skills and high emotional intelligence.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience selling into autism clinics, ABA providers, behavioral health organizations, or healthcare practices.
Background in healthcare, medical device, health tech, or behavioral health sales.
Experience selling high-ticket consultative solutions.
Familiarity with virtual selling tools such as Zoom and pipeline management systems.
Experience working directly with founders or early-stage startup leadership teams.
