Artificial Intelligence Analyst, Mid-level

Role Overview

• Design, develop and evolve solutions based on generative AI, LLMs, agents and intelligent automations, connected to real business problems;
• Build applications using LangChain, LangGraph, agent frameworks, RAG, APIs, databases and corporate integrations;
• Support the creation of analytics and AI solutions for topics such as employee experience, operational efficiency, decision-making, process automation and self-service;
• Translate business requests into hypotheses, prototypes, MVPs and production-ready solutions, with a practical focus on impact, technical feasibility and scalability;
• Develop pipelines, components and integrations for ingestion, processing and intelligent use of data in AI solutions;
• Create and maintain knowledge bases, query flows, information retrieval mechanisms and specialized agents for different HR contexts;
• Evaluate quality, reliability, cost, latency, security and compliance of AI solutions, avoiding brittle responses, improper use of data or uncontrolled automations;
• Work in partnership with business, technology, data, operations teams and vendors to design solutions applicable to the company’s reality;
• Document solutions, assumptions, technical decisions, limitations, risks and criteria for evolution;
• Keep up with trends in applied AI, agents, analytics and automation, proposing pragmatic paths for adoption within the organization.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with generative AI, LLMs, prompting, RAG, embeddings, vector databases or intelligent agents;
• Knowledge of LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel or equivalent frameworks;
• Ability to integrate solutions with APIs, databases, documents, corporate systems or automation tools;
• Knowledge of SQL and handling structured data;
• Strong proficiency in Python and the ability to develop scripts, applications, automations or reusable components;
• Experience in analytics, data or digital solution development, with practical involvement in projects that include data and automation;
• Good understanding of concepts such as agent orchestration, tool calling, memory, context, information retrieval, response evaluation and guardrails;
• Ability to translate business problems into viable technical solutions without relying on perfect specifications;
• Good communication skills to explain technical concepts simply to non-technical audiences;
• Investigative mindset, autonomy, organization and critical thinking to question assumptions and propose alternatives.
