Role Overview
- Reporting to the Director or Senior Manager & Team Lead, Business Banking
- Providing new and existing clients with exceptional client experience
- Managing and growing a portfolio of business connections
- Building relationships with Centres of Influence (COIs)
- Engaging in discussions to understand client’s immediate financial needs
- Supporting existing clients and seeking new opportunities for client acquisition
- Heightening CIBC brand awareness in the community
Requirements
- 2+ years’ experience in Business Banking or Commercial Banking
- Strong knowledge of credit, cash management products and services
- Knowledge of business cash flow and financial analysis
- Completed an undergraduate degree/diploma in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Established network in the local business community
