Spend day on the client's platform using social listening tools
Identify emerging trends, technical friction, and brand sentiment
De-escalate high-stakes threads and translate user input into actionable insights
Ensure every user feels heard, valued, and supported

1-2 years in Social Media Management or Social Listening/Analytics
Expert at navigating various social media platforms
Hands-on experience with social listening tools (e.g., Brandwatch, Meltwater)
Comfortable working a night shift or flexible schedule
Proven ability to handle sensitive communication with discretion
Strong analytical skills to translate online sentiments into structured data
Exceptional written English skills
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field preferred
