Role Overview
- Responsible for support mainly operations activities on company’s perimeter and internal network security systems
- Troubleshoot, maintain and ensure services provided by Network Services team performs according to the agreed OLA’s
- Maximize Network Security Services performance by monitoring the availability and performance of the systems
- Documenting and maintaining run books and operations handbooks for the transitioned network services
Requirements
- Minimum 6 years equivalent experience in Network Administration
- Strong knowledge in different Network Layers
- Knowledge and skilled on configuration and supporting of Cisco routers and switches
- Background on security and remote connectivity supporting VPNs, DMVPNs, IPSEC, SSL
- Fundamental knowledge of information security and security principles
- Experience implementing and supporting additional technologies
