Provide specialized technical support through the installation, preventive and corrective maintenance of high-tech medical equipment, ensuring proper operation and compliance with quality, safety, and customer service standards.
Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on equipment such as: X-ray, Mammography, Computed Tomography (CT), and Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI).
Carry out installations of the aforementioned equipment.
Diagnose technical faults and deliver effective on-site solutions.
Properly use technical and safety tools, such as dosimeters and hand tools (torque wrenches, hoists, among others).
Prepare and manage administrative reports, including service reports, expense reports, and technical and administrative documentation related to services.
Maintain continuous communication with internal and external customers.
Collaborate with the technical team and other areas of the organization.
Participate in technical training, some of which are delivered in English.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree and professional license/registration in Biomedical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field, with verifiable experience in medical equipment companies.
2 to 3 years of experience as a field engineer.
Functional and technical knowledge of the following modalities: X-ray, Mammography, Computed Tomography (CT), and Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI).
Proficient use of hand and measurement tools.
Compliance with safety regulations.
Intermediate to advanced English, required (technical training in English).
High availability to travel, approximately 50% of the time.
