Proven ability to lead complex projects and influence decisions across a matrixed organization
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in quantitative analysis and modeling
Exceptional communication skills with executive presence in written and verbal formats
Ability to anticipate trends and incorporate them into short
and long-term plans
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
