Core HCM Delivery Lead Consultant

Role Overview

• Architect and lead delivery of the Core HCM workstream
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to analyze requirements
• Maintain accurate project forecasts for assigned workstream
• Collaborate cross-functionally with other domain leads to ensure seamless delivery
• Develop and deliver thought leadership content and intellectual property

Requirements

• Active Workday Certification in Workday HCM
• 5+ years of experience as a certified Workday consultant
• 3+ years as a lead consultant delivering Core HCM at the level of a subject matter expert
• Strong subject matter expertise of Workday architecture, security, and best practices
• Proven ability to successfully navigate client-facing situations and coordinate support resources
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
