Senior Manager, Regional Capacity

Role Overview

• Lead regional delivery of capacity performance targets
• Optimize clinician roster strategies and utilization
• Partner with the regional leadership team to align demand and supply expectations
• Generate the capacity plan and forecast
• Prepare supply and demand balancing scenarios
• Relationship management with stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, Masters or MBA preferred
• Minimum 7 years of experience in operations, supply chain / asset management, client management, data analysis / forecasting
• Minimum 5 years of operational experience
• Minimum 5 years of experience leading teams and projects
• Demonstrated success using root cause analysis and forensic evaluation
