About this role

Develop and manage the indirect retail sales channel throughout Dallas and Fort Worth
Support small to medium size businesses in selling DIRECTV services through various marketing tactics
Represent DIRECTV in the Dallas/Fort Worth market for dealers
Partner with dealers to develop and execute strategic plans
Analyze dealer performance metrics and implement action plans
Travel to dealer locations for training and support
Regular training and coaching of indirect dealer accounts including hosting quarterly Roadshows

3 – 5 years of sales experience
Bachelor’s Degree, preferred
Familiarity with face to face, traditional, and digital marketing strategies
Strong leadership and coaching ability
Ability to communicate clearly
Training experience leading in person trainings of 50+ attendees
Experience working cross-functionally with operations, compliance, finance, and marketing teams
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and AI tools such as ChatGPT and CoPilot
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
