Director, Corporate Planning – Budgeting

Role Overview

• Lead the global corporate budgeting process
• Establish corporate budget policy
• Prepare and present detailed financial reports to executive leadership and the board
• Establish company-wide spending targets
• Provide financial business partnership to support key SG&A areas
• Advise company leaders and finance controllers on refining expense and headcount supervision
• Identify and lead opportunities for process enhancements
• Direct, encourage, and support a strong team of Finance professionals

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of finance-related experience, with a minimum of 4 years in leadership roles
• Demonstrated experience and proficiency in leading, maintaining, and continuously improving complex financial planning and budgeting processes for a large, global organization
• Strong grasp of business basics and financial principles
• Ability to synthesize large volumes of data and provide insightful, value-creating recommendations
• Strong capability in managing structured, schedule-based processes
• Proven ability to build, motivate, and lead high-performing teams
