Conduct internal consulting projects: Identify and frame strategic opportunities and issues faced by the organization.
Monitor and assess external trends: Conduct or oversee industry and competitive research to identify potential strategic opportunities and threats.
Support strategic planning: Support the development and communication of the organization’s plan.
Monitor and report on progress: Monitor the progress of the organization’s strategic initiatives and report on results to senior management and other stakeholders.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in a Business, Engineering or Science discipline; OR 4 years of related experience (in addition to the minimum years of experience required) may be substituted in lieu of degree.
6 years of strategy consulting, corporate or business unit strategy or relevant work experience; or an Advanced Degree in Business or STEM and 4 years of strategy consulting, corporate or business unit strategy or relevant work experience.
Military experience may be considered relevant experience for this role.
Demonstrated ability to analyze complex problems and provide clear, actionable strategic recommendations.
Skilled in analyzing data to draw conclusions and inform strategic decisions.
Proven track record in project management.
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
Strong quantitative, analytical, and written and oral communication skills.
