Role Overview
- Supervise, labor management, and planning of inbound, outbound activities
- Conduct staff meetings to review daily/weekly work activities
- Manage operations to meet prescribed productivity and service goals
- Train new staff in assigned duties, or delegate training responsibility to experienced team members
Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- 3 years’ experience in a logistics/distribution/relevant environment
- 1 year experience in a supervisory role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Power Point)
- Satisfactory completion of a forklift training program
