Manage digital transformation and systems integration projects focused on the employee lifecycle, with emphasis on payroll and people management;
Act as a liaison between operations and IT technical teams, translating functional requirements and ensuring technical alignment;
Support operations in testing, acceptance and functional validation of SSFF and ECP solutions;
Serve as the functional point of contact for SSFF and ECP, assisting operations with questions and strategic decisions;
Lead projects from discovery through deployment, monitoring post-production KPIs;
Work on integration projects between legacy systems (SAP HCM) and cloud solutions (SSFF, ECP, etc.);
Participate in projects involving new technologies and process improvements aimed at VPP’s digital transformation, following agreed methodologies (PMI, L6S, Design Thinking, Scrum, etc.);
Ensure clear communication with stakeholders and produce executive and tactical reports;
Prepare technical and economic feasibility studies, including payback analyses;
Manage project costs and schedules, mitigate risks and ensure deliveries within scope;
Collaborate closely with operations, HR product teams, IT, Global and other technology areas.
Requirements
Knowledge of project management, process improvement and agile methodologies (L6S, PMI, Scrum and Design Thinking);
Experience leading systems projects and/or digital process transformation initiatives (system implementations, system enhancements, BTS, etc.);
Experience leading ECP migration projects;
Broad knowledge of SSFF modules in general;
Good skills with Microsoft Office tools such as PowerPoint;
Strong written and verbal communication, ability to synthesize information, storytelling and executive reporting;
Organized, proactive and continuously seeking improvements;
Logical reasoning and an analytical profile;
Negotiation and conflict management skills;
