Role Overview
- Assess user needs and resolve questions and issues in collaboration with the technology team;
- Communicate directly with candidates to provide a more humanized service;
- Create, consolidate, and manage KPIs for service efficiency and quality;
Requirements
- Ownership mentality: ability to take full responsibility for a key area at Gupy;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong critical thinking, and a customer-focused mindset;
- Advanced Excel;
- Some experience with programming and/or website development is a plus.
