Senior Systems Analyst, ERP – Salesforce

Role Overview

• Responsible for implementing and maintaining solutions aligned with guidelines defined together with technical leadership and development teams
• Contribute to the continuous evolution of processes by identifying automation and improvement opportunities
• Participate in technical definition forums, supporting the team in proposing solutions that are aligned with the company's strategic objectives and best practices
• Familiar with the design and implementation of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Data Cloud, and system integrations: design and support the project team in implementing customized solutions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Systems Analysis or related fields
• Experience as a Tech Lead in high-complexity projects
• Strong experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Industries (Telecommunications), with practical mastery of metadata, data model, limits, integrations and security
• Advanced knowledge of: Apex; LWC; Flows; performance tuning; security and governance (Profiles, Permission Sets, OWD, Shield if applicable). Experience with multi-cloud environments
• Experience with continuous delivery processes (environments, releases, CI/CD, Git, Salesforce DevOps)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in bug fixing and troubleshooting
• Communication skills and ability to engage with stakeholders at different levels of the organization
• Salesforce certifications are a plus, especially CRMA (Analytics), Platform App Builder and CPQ
• Intermediate English is considered a plus
