Sales Manager – Field Sales

Role Overview

• You acquire customers in the field and persuade them of our innovative payment solutions
• Attend and handle pre-qualified customer appointments scheduled by the inside sales team (50–60 bookings per month)
• You work autonomously and can plan your own week. You ensure that your targets are met or exceeded
• You maintain your customer portfolio and independently grow it
• Independently install terminals and POS systems for newly won customers

Requirements

• Sales experience from internships, part-time jobs, or previous employment is an advantage, but career changers are welcome
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Valid Class B driving license required
• No specific degree required
• Very good written and verbal communication skills in German
