Role Overview
Adapting Zurich's Innovative Solutions to the Construction Industry
Leveraging Zurich’s risk engineering tools and services to improve customer risk management
Delivering high quality construction consultative services including identifying exposures and program risk control gaps
Developing and maintaining positive customer and business partner relationships
Marketing and selling a wide range of fee services to customers
Producing advanced level presentations and delivering risk management training
Conducting loss investigations and implementing risk improvement programs
Assisting customers with developing corporate and project specific QA/QC plans and safety plans
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree and 6 or more years of experience in Construction Risk Engineering, Safety/Risk Management, or Construction Field Operations
OR High School Diploma or Equivalent and 8 or more years of experience in Construction Risk Engineering, Safety/Risk Management, or Construction Field Operations
Experience working in a team environment
Construction Safety/Risk experience with Project Management and/or Superintendent experience (mid to senior level position)
Regulated and Non-Regulated Fleet Experience
Data Center construction experience
Large commercial construction experience (industrial, medical, educational projects)
Advanced level knowledge of construction safety, operations, quality management and associated risks and exposures
Professional certifications such as: CRIS, ARM, CHST, CSP, ASP, P.E.
High level of computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office and iOS platforms
