Customer Service Agent

Role Overview

• Provide detailed product and service information while resolving inquiries efficiently
• Open and maintain customer accounts by accurately recording and updating information
• Identify the root cause of customer complaints, select the best solution, and follow up to ensure total satisfaction
• Suggest additional products and services based on customer needs and questions
• Collect and analyze customer information to prepare reports and recommend improvements to management
• Maintain financial accounts by processing necessary customer adjustments

Requirements

• Native or professional fluency in both English and Spanish (Required)
• Prior experience in customer service is preferred
• Must be a fast learner with strong communication skills
