Role Overview
- Map and qualify companies for prospecting;
- Provide direct client service and maintain relationships up to director/board level;
- Analyze the portfolio and identify opportunities to expand new lines of business;
- Internal cross-selling with other company departments;
- Negotiate and close sales;
- Conduct competitor analysis;
- Present products and services, translating technical knowledge into client-friendly, practical terms;
- Monitor and track targets and results;
- Develop a results-oriented commercial strategy;
Requirements
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word; intermediate Excel);
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field;
- Basic technical knowledge of insurance;
- Intermediate technical knowledge of insurance;
- Advanced technical knowledge of insurance;
- Negotiation techniques;
