Lead, manage, and track all aspects of assigned Intergalactic programs
Manage individual programs by leading all crew members in a matrixed organization
Serve as the primary Point of Contact with customers during program execution
Maintain effective communication on all aspects of the program with the project team and client, ensuring all goals are understood
Anticipate customer needs and provide exceptional services
Provide timely updates of program status, risks, opportunities, and recovery plans
Requirements
Bachelor of Science in engineering, science, or program management discipline
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in program management, including at least 2 years in the aerospace industry
Strong oral and written communication skills
Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems
