About this role
Role Overview
- Drive the execution of AI and digital transformation initiatives by translating strategy into delivery.
- Partner with engineering teams to plan, prioritize, and deliver AI solutions (including AI agents and automation) while ensuring alignment across stakeholders.
- Lead end-to-end delivery of AI and automation programs across multiple teams
- Translate strategy into execution plans, milestones, and deliverables
- Drive prioritization, scheduling, and resource planning for AI initiatives
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, business, stakeholders) to ensure alignment and progress
- Track program performance, risks, and dependencies, and adjust plans as needed
- Manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
- Communicate status, risks, and escalations clearly to stakeholders and leadership
- Ensure transition from use case → POC → production-ready solutions
- Establish and drive program governance, best practices, and delivery standards
- Follow up on actions and ensure accountability and execution discipline
- Promote adoption of new technologies and AI-driven solutions across teams
- Mentor and guide team members on delivery practices and execution excellence
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 7–10+ years in technical program/project management
- Experience delivering software, data, or AI-related initiatives
- Strong track record managing complex, cross-functional programs
- Technical program / project management
- Agile, Scrum, Kanban
- AI / data / software delivery environments
- Risk and dependency management
- Stakeholder alignment and communication
- Planning tools (JIRA or similar)
