Support the NAMER Marketing Team in planning and executing end-to-end marketing initiatives
Collaborate closely with the Sales and Training team to align marketing activities with business goals
Drive demand generation for Prosci enterprise offerings in partnership with the Regional Sales team
Assess regional performance and provide data-driven recommendations for future marketing plans
Support Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns for key enterprise accounts
Execute key webinars in the region to support business and marketing goals
Support the execution of marketing campaigns including email marketing, social media, and events
Partner with Marketing CoA team to execute strategy for the region

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field or equivalent professional experience
Must have 2+ years of professional services marketing in a B2B setting
Proven experience executing multi-channel B2B marketing campaigns from concept through execution and reporting
Experience supporting sales teams, including lead generation, nurture programs, and pipeline contribution
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong copywriting abilities for various marketing channels
Organizational skills and attention to detail are crucial
Strong analytical skills to interpret ROI and performance marketing KPIs
French-speaking proficiency is an asset
