Sales Operations Associate

Role Overview

• Support day-to-day CRM operations, data hygiene tasks, and process execution
• Perform routine CRM data hygiene tasks, including account deduplication, record merges, and data validation
• Identify and flag data inconsistencies, incomplete records, and potential territory conflicts for review and resolution
• Support the documentation and upkeep of CRM Rules of Engagement
• Assist with bulk data cleanup projects, following established guidelines for accuracy
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to action change requests and ensure data updates are reflected correctly
• Help onboard and guide new team members on CRM data standards and best practices

Requirements

• 2 to 3 year of experience in a Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or CRM-related role
• Familiarity with Salesforce and/or HubSpot is a plus, but a willingness to learn is what matters most
• High attention to detail and a genuine care for data accuracy
• Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills in English
• A collaborative, team-first attitude with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Curiosity and a proactive approach: you ask questions, take initiative, and follow through
