Role Overview
- Responsible for developing, implementing and monitoring the trade marketing strategy across all retail channels in the Southern region, ensuring excellent execution, customer relationships and performance analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Planning and executing trade activities across all retail channels (grocery, pharmacy, perfumery and department stores).
- Managing budget and evaluating ROI.
- Analyzing KPIs and generating strategic insights.
- Building relationships with retail clients and partners.
- Ensuring on‑site execution at points of sale (visibility and materials).
- Collaborating with Commercial, Marketing and Supply teams.
Requirements
- Solid experience in trade marketing with a focus on retail.
- Reside in the SOUTH region, in an area with easy airport access.
- Prior experience with market monitoring tools such as IQVIA, Nielsen, Scanntech is required.
- Analytical profile, strategic vision and strong KPI literacy.
- Advanced Excel and analytical tools proficiency.
- Availability to travel.
- Prior experience working within the indirect sales network is required.
