Direct the Squad clearly and concisely, acting as a facilitator and integrator between teams;
Structure project monitoring and organize projects (manage project governance, recover projects in crisis, oversee task forces);
Prepare documents, client presentations, and status reports;
Map processes;
Identify problems, propose solutions, escalate issues, and remove impediments;
Manage project backlog and roadmap.

Education: Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or related fields.
Proficiency in agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban;
Experience implementing ERP systems;
Experience with management tools (Azure DevOps);
Experience coordinating multiple projects;
Experience in software and technology projects;
Desirable: Certifications such as PSM, PSPO, PSK, CSM, CSPO, CAPM, or PMP are a plus;
You will stand out if you have: Advanced English (strong communication skills);
Experience with software development is an advantage.
