Collaborate with Sr. Consultant and business partners to identify AI opportunities
Support translating proof of concept into scaled use and value creation using change management and project management best practices
Work with the Sr. AI Consultant and business partners to create and groom portfolios of AI opportunities
Facilitate the design of a proof of concept and testing plan
Serve as an advisor and partner for change execution

Required 3 years of experience in management consulting or strategy
3 years of experience orchestrating and leading change management plans and interventions
Strong understanding of AI technologies including generative AI, machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, and computer vision
Experience in writing technical documentation and reports
Bachelor's degree in business, information technology, data science, or related field or relevant experience and/or education as determined by the company in lieu of bachelor's degree
